As part of Crimson's Corporate Marketing Service, our firm is recruiting a Community Manager to develop, manage and execute successful social media strategies to support the overall business goals of our enterprise level clients. The Community Manager works closely with internal teams and clients to develop effective social media plans, execute those plans and evaluate the results of that outreach.
Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:
•Develop and execute creative and innovative social media marketing programs across all social media channels, blogs, etc.
•Post content and respond in a timely manner to comments and feedback in social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, StumbleUpon, Google+, etc.)
•Develop and execute a blogging communication strategy
•Utilize Social Media tools (for example: Sprinklr, Vitrue, Hootsuite, Social Baker, etc.) to manage posts/replies, create reports, and develop recommendations to improve Community engagement
•Manage and optimize social media ad campaigns
MUST HAVE:
•3+ years Community Management experience working for a Fortune 500 company or agency including creation and management of content calendar
•Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms/technologies, (including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.) and how they can be used in different scenarios
•Experience growing and fostering Blog, Twitter and Facebook communities
•Deep Understanding of metrics and analysis including; CPM, CPC, and CTR
•Copywriting ability
•Experience developing client relationships
•Extensive experience using Sprinklr
STRONGLY PREFER:
•Creative thinker with the ability to spot trends in customer data, to develop innovative recommendations
•Strong business acumen with proven track record of launching new social programs
•Experience running, measuring, and optimizing paid programs on Facebook, using their latest ad products and on Twitter, using promoted products
•Degree in marketing or related field
Duration: 3+ months, (part to full-time)
Location: Peninsula, (some off-site flexibility)
