Position Description
We're looking for a Strategic Recruiting Program Manager to join our team. This role is charged with leading all strategic initiatives for the Clinical business unit. The programs you can expect to work on right away are:
- building out social media plans for recruitment
- kicking off a college recruiting program
- building and maintaining our employment value proposition
And, we're looking for you to tell us what you'd like to do next!
This is not an abstract, strategic role. You will also work very closely with our Talent Acquisition shared services team, where the rubber hits the road. In this capacity you will implement your programs, gain real-time feedback on effectiveness and ensure the Recruiters have the right tools, processes and information to hire top talent.
This role is key to the ongoing success of our business and requires an experienced, self-directed individual to achieve what is needed.

Minimum Requirements
7+ years HR experience, with 2+ years recruiting experience.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a technical business landscape – whether recruiting or in a broader HR role.
- Experience creating, planning and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain technical talent in the SF Bay Area.
- Experience planning and launching a social media campaign.
- Experience with university recruiting relations.
- Demonstrated success in building trust and collaborative relationships with business leaders and other stakeholders.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Experience in project management, metric tracking and reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business preferred.
