Human Resources/Payroll Clerk (Hourly) Position with Angelica Corporation - Alpharetta Georgia(North Atlanta)

Job Summary
Responsible for the input and audits of the ADP Payroll/HRIS system. Primarily supports the Regional HR managers and the Corporate HR staff in processing changes involving payroll, benefits, recruiting and compliance. The individual will utilize their ADP expertise, their administrative skills, and practices to ensure timely, accurate and complete processing of changes.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
• This administrator will be charged with the upkeep and processing of the annual increases, progression increases, union dues and benefit rate increases for our collectively bargained employees
• The individual will be responsible for input into the ADP system including additional new hire information and rehire adjustments
• This position will be initial source point for entry into our electronic filing system for employee records
• Service award and tuition reimbursement administration will also be a responsibility
• This person will also be cross-trained as a backup/support for our HRIS Specialist
Overtime Required
• Occasional overtime may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma
• 1- 2 years prior hands-on experience in the ADP Enterprise Payroll/HRIS system
• Proficient/Knowledgeable in HR functions
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong business sense and good common sense.
• Persistent, accurate, sense of urgency and professional
Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of ADP Reports
