Description:
The person in this role will identify ongoing enablement needs, and create and execute an enablement program that will increase the performance of the sales and partner teams. The program will include positioning/messaging training, competitive and product education.
Responsibilities:
• Create (and work with others in organization) competitive tools, sales playbooks and other enablement materials needed to train sales
• Deliver webcasts, live training sessions and work 1:1 with sales and partners.
• Identify and propose methods for scalability, automation, and improvements based on data
• Provide content for certification process for sales and partners
• Enable sales and partner teams on buyers-- who they are, how they buy, and their buying criteria
• Create tools that describes, differentiates, shows value, and deals with objections
• Engage sales in the content creation and continuous improvement processes
• Energize and align the sales team around our value proposition and drive better sales team close rates
Requirements
• 5-10 years of B2B experience, preferably in a sales enablement or product marketing role
• 2-3 years experience in CRM
• Proven track record in creating and deploying successful onboarding plans within sales organizations
• Training delivery experience
• Experience with high-touch, enterprise sales cycles
• Strong knowledge of sales effectiveness (skills/knowledge training)
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas
• Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented attitude
• Ability to influence key stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, especially project planning and delivery
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• High energy level
