Please direct your responses to: frivera@otmcorp.com <br /><br /> Senior Product Manager needed for long term client company project.<br /><br /> Local Candidates with Local experience preferred<br /><br /> Responsibilities:<br /><br /> Drive and manage Corporate product strategy for solution and platform offerings<br /><br /> Develop and manage Corporate solution positioning, go-to-market strategy, launch plans, market analysis, and adoption plans<br /><br /> Produce deliverables as needed such as requirements, use cases, business cases, roadmaps, presentations to internal and external audiences<br /><br /> Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution strategy and take through decision gates<br /><br /> Work independently to develop product strategy, business models, and prioritize requirements including strategy business cases, roadmap and release features<br /><br /> Understands market solutions and develops strategies and positioning to differentiate Corporate solutions<br /><br /> Required Skills/Capabilities:<br /><br /> Subject matter expertise in applying all elements of product management life-cycle activities (cradle to grave), including roadmaps, features prioritization, go-to-market, launch, transition, or end-of-life<br /><br /> 8+ years as a Product Manager<br /><br /> Understanding/knowledge/experience in Enterprise social software/collaboration platforms, from companies such as Jive, Collaborate, Liferay, IBM, MSFT, SFDC (not CRM).<br /><br /> Technical depth, understanding and experience in positioning vertical SaaS applications, web-based distributed applications, and asynchronous/synchronous collaboration tools<br /><br /> Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to deliver results<br /><br /> Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills<br /><br /> Able to work with diverse teams to drive and provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams<br /><br /> Familiarity with software engineering processes, tools and agile methodologies<br /><br /> Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills<br /><br /> Super stakeholder management and diplomacy skills<br /><br /> Desired Skills/Capabilities:<br /><br /> Extensive knowledge and experience with bringing SaaS applications to market<br /><br /> BS or equivalent plus 5 years experienc<br /><br /> <br />(v1.06 - 1410637697)
