Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Sr. Channel Marketing Manager to assist in the delivery of partner marketing programs from content, portal and event management to MDF program management for one of our technology clients in Santa Clara, CA. They will have experience in working across geographic regions, aligning program plans with strategic objectives and market opportunities. The Sr. Channel Marketing Manager will interact with internal stakeholders to execute marketing strategies and programs on both a local and global basis.
The ideal candidate for this role is a dedicated channel marketing professional with broad experience in channel/partner marketing communications and program development, including events. This position requires adaptability in a high-growth environment, a results orientation, a detailed focus on project management and great editing/writing skills. Strong interpersonal/communications skills are required, as this position requires much collaboration with internal teams and management. We���re seeking an upbeat and social team-player who delivers results within a matrixed environment.
Specific responsibilities:
Own partner communications and the partner portal
Support partner marketing program development and execution
Support strategic partnerships
Internal:
Attend weekly channel and international sales meetings, present findings and updates as needed
Support strategy/planning from a partner perspective
Research and recommend new tools and programs
Review all partner content for internal events: agenda, session content/curriculum, meetings, communications
Evaluate internal and external resources for partner use and modify as needed
Analyze available channel marketing metrics and make strategic recommendations.
Support all internal communications about the Partner Program (messaging, content and presence) including newsletters, emails, webinars, PowerPoint presentations for internal education, process documentation to support Channel Operations activities, etc.
External:
Drive all forms of communications to partners: Channel marketing/sales enablement: Sales tools, website content, collateral development training, demand generation
Manage externally facing partner marketing presence: Partner pages on the corporate website, Partner Program brochures, videos, overviews, case studies
Partner event support: Tradeshows, conferences, seminars/webinars website content, social media engagement and PR planning
Project Management of new partner tools, including partner portal
Support new partner recruitment processes, including content development
Channel marketing operations: Portal administration, MDF/budgeting/invoicing, new partner certification process, demo environment support
Skills:
7-10 years��� experience in channel/partner marketing, field or product marketing with partner focus for at least one b2b enterprise software company
Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines; ability to manage and implement a wide variety of marketing programs
Ability to ���think like a partner��� and help create content and programs that address their needs
Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Flexibility and willingness to ���be in the weeds��� when needed
Outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
Demonstrated skill for driving results across global teams in a matrixed environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel (pivot tables), PPT, Outlook, Word), GoogleDrive (a.k.a. GoogleDocs)
Familiarity with Salesforce, Eloqua (HTML editing), Zendesk is a plus
Writing/PPT samples will be required
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of client; benefits available
