Position Summary:
As a member of the Business Operations team, you are responsible for providing metrics and data driven analysis that helps drive continuous improvement in our Operations organization. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of analytical skills and interpersonal savvy. He/she has a proven track record in mastering the interdependencies of internal business systems and CRMs as well as understanding company product offerings. This role requires an enthusiastic professional who delivers high-quality results in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop reports and dashboards in Microsoft tools, Microstrategy, and Salesforce.com
Identify data elements and metrics that will assist in improving productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Conduct root cause analysis and make strategic business recommendations based on metrics driven data
Evaluate business systems and SOPs to make appropriate redesign optimizations
Facilitate brainstorming sessions, formulate insights, and present a compelling case for action
Collaborate with Program Delivery and Product Management to ensure requirements are fully scoped and delivered for functional area projects and solutions
Position Qualifications:
This position requires a BS in Business, Economics, Math, or related field
Minimum 3 years in a business analyst role in the technology industry
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, VB). SQL is a plus
Experience using Microstrategy and Salesforce.com reporting tools
Self-motivated learner and passionate team player
Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management
