Manager Organizational Development

Reports to: Director, OD
Develop, implement, and deliver/facilitate Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes, such as performance management, leadership and employee development, survey research, succession planning, and talent reviews. Corporate and Plant Operations will be the primary, internal business client.
Partner with functional business unit leaders to identify performance gaps and design solutions, such as: coaching, mentoring, training, development, and teambuilding.
Ensure effectiveness of solutions and impact on the business through assessment and evaluation.
Coach business unit leaders to support individual performance and development plans. Assist in the identification of developmental needs and drive the acquisition of resources and assignments intended to build organizational capability.
Identify and use instruments, surveys and assessments to assist individual and groups with plans to enhance performance.
Provide analysis of data for the purpose of improving team effectiveness. Recommend strategies for making necessary and sustainable changes for strengthening organizational effectiveness.
Select vendors and manage the relationship to deliver quality, integrated solutions for the organization.
Design, develop, and evaluate learning/training programs for Company University.
Utilize strong customer focus, interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of the organization, in order to increase organizational effectiveness and drive change. Should have an understanding of continuous improvement concepts and tools such a Lean and Six-Sigma within an Operations setting.
BS and 5+ years experience in Organizational Development and Training. Advanced degree in OD or a related field preferred.
Must Haves:
Bachelor's Degree
Have practiced OD and Training directly in a manufacturing environment from plant leadership down to the production floor.
Must be a strong presenter and training professional.
Must have experience in succession planning, onboarding, and talent management.
