Manufacturing company, 450+ employees, 2 locations, HR Department of 5, with 2 plant HR Managers, strategic position will have a seat at the table for board of managers.
Will need a 4 year degree, 7+ yrs experience HR Management, strong Labor Contract Negotiation experience, HR in manufacturing company
Be data & KPI driven, able to use Excel spreadsheets, Access and/or HRIS programs
Desired, Masters degree, PHR or SPHR Certs, detail oriented, international company / environment, Spanish speaking

Currently seeking a Director of Human Resources for U.S. operations.
Qualities and Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of solid generalist experience in both union and non-union environments.
• Solid labor relations and contract negotiations experience, handling negotiations and the grievance and arbitration procedure is required.
• Additionally you will have capability of managing functional activities at multiple locations.
• An important part of your credentials will be your background in supporting initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Solid computers skills using a variety of software packages
• Your relationship style will be collaborative but "bottom line" results oriented.
• You must able to manage numerous tasks simultaneously in an energetic, fast paced environment.
• You will need an undergraduate degree, minimum in a related field and preferably have PHR and/or SPHR certification.
Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources you will be a critical leader in the HR function as well as an essential contributor to the plant operational staff.
