Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Channel Partner Programs

Marcom Consultant to support our clients' technology solutions program targeting existing Tier 1 channel partners. Expertise with delivering a broad set of online and offline partner marketing communications tools and to prior success in managing multiple deliverables against a launch timeline is required. This is a global program with stakeholders located in different regions. The ideal consultant has strong content development and vendor management experience.

Seeking a consultant who is responsive, outgoing and collaborative, who has proven experience marketing to the global channel/partner audience in the technology sector.

Specific responsibilities:
- Program/project management of a marketing campaign targeting partners:
Compile content for partner toolkit, define creative and coordinate production for four distinct global geographic locations
- Coordinate deliverables from Solutions Marketing, creative vendor and demand generation team to create partner toolkits
- Collaborate with vendors to set up ordering and fulfillment processes for kits
- Work with third party vendor to set up web landing pages
- Promote customer campaigns to partners, including call downs
- Provide support for database pilot: Work with pilot partners to set up marketing flow
- Create communications with unique messages by partner type to provide program awareness and visibility and to facilitate partner preference and engagement
- Review, edit and deliver partner enablement content that supports the communications plan, including web updates/landing pages, collateral creation (quick reference guides, success stories, FAQs), posters, front pocket cards, battle cards
- Ensure all content and communications are written in clear, simple, actionable language keeping the partner audience in the forefront/
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute program plans (e.g. web team, brand team, Solutions Marketing, etc.)

Skills: 5+ years of channel/partner marketing programs experience. Must have prior success driving marketing communications targeted to channel/partner audiences
- Familiarity with networking technology (storage/memory) and industry strongly preferred
- Prior success working on cross-functional, global and virtual teams
- Experience creating and delivering marketing communications deliverables
- Experience with marketing content production required
- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and work with corporate review teams to ensure brand compliance
- Strong ability to manage external vendors
- Solid project management experience BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field

RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group
LOCATION: 50% onsite at clients' office in Sunnyvale, CA, 50% remote/WFH/telecommute.
