Job Summary:
The Lead Integration Developer is responsible for understanding existing business processes and their interaction with ERP systems, e-Com platform, POS retail systems and other installed commercial software and custom software. Understand existing Integration Architecture (using Oracle Fusion Middleware) and develop new Integration components, data feeds and modifications to existing code in adherence to business requirements, technical design specifications and approved department standards. This role also participates in and assists with all other phases of the system development lifecycle including requirements, technical design, development, user acceptance testing and implementation. The Lead Integration Developer performs root-cause analysis on reported application issues and implements solutions to address these issues.
Minimum Requirements:
§ 7+ years of experience on Lead Integration Developer.
§ 5+ years of experience in an Architect or Developer role.
§ 5+ years of experience working with service oriented architecture initiatives
§ Strong verbal and written communication skills
§ Experience mentoring and guiding technologists
§ Ability to influence technical discussions and decisions
§ Must be a self-starter with a high level of initiative
