[KITlist] CONTR: Marketing Program Manger - Polycom (Sunnyvale, CA)

Netchannels is conducting a search for our client Polycom. This is s contractor's 1099 position 25-30 hrs per week. 


Role


o Manage the majority of marketing project requests (MRFs)


o Prepare files to be worked on and notify production agency with project details, timelines, etc.


o Review assets from production agency and work back and forth until ready to go to client.


o Reviews the MRF for completeness, works with client to fill in missing data.


o Works with Web Production to confirm what client is requesting is possible


o Image searches


o Search image sites for new imagery for campaigns and other marketing programs.


o Budget Management


o Updating of checkbooks


o Reconciliation of checkbook and invoices


o SOW status tracking


o PR/PO creation


o MRF Reporting


o MRF Survey Execution and Reporting


o Cleaning up SharePoint and create a new One Drive site for Corporate Marketing


Our client is looking for someone who is a self starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, good at managing multiple projects, and a good communicator.
