Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG), Program Manager for our client in San Jose, CA. The PM will partner on strategic planning and development and drive production and execution of cross-channel programs including email and possibly Creative Cloud in-app notifications and mobile push notifications.
This is a hybrid strategic and execution role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assist in and ensure the completion of the strategic planning phase, but will also be the primary execution resource for these communications.
Major areas of responsibility include planning and executing acquisition e-mail programs.
Duties include:
•Collaborating and working effectively across multiple teams, including product teams, Campaign Marketing and Engagement Marketing to plan and schedule all marketing communications.
•Work with internal and external creative agencies and BU stakeholders to produce, review and finalize email templates and communications.
•Work with analytics and database teams to structure and define complex e-mail list requests, including data segmentation, localizations, and unique tracking codes to ensure audience criteria meets the program goals.
•Oversee the end-to-end production and implementation of each communication. This will include tasks such as:
o Kick off projects through At Task product management system
o Manage Creative Reviews
o Manage timelines to meet drop dates
o Email tracking setup
o Standard List Requests
o Program Schedule/Maintain weekly calendars
o Contact Management
o QA emails (links, content, sends)
o Familiar with audience counts; validates info
o Complex/test List Requests
o Monitors post send performance
o Calendar management
o Creative History/Summary deck
o Process refinement for efficiency
•Work closely with the worldwide field teams to ensure emails are localized with available and relevant, country-specific content.
•Work closely with analytics team to ensure timely and accurate reporting on all programs.
•Contact Management - Work closely with other EM colleagues to manage the frequency and relevancy of communications to the audiences. Monitor unsubscribe, bounce, open and clicks of communications to ensure the marketable universe remains healthy.
•Data analysis – Analyze primary indicators such as unsubscribe, open, clicks and orders of communications to drive revenue, ensure the marketable universe remains healthy and to help advise on overall communication strategy.

Experience Needed:
•Developing and deploying communications on one or more email service/CRM platforms – Exact Target, Eloqua, Silverpop, Responsys, etc.
•Experience in creating and delivering emails to worldwide audiences. This includes: experience with regional preferences, best practices awareness of typical response rates and behaviors, adding codes for tracking.
•Strong background in data and analytics. Ability to analyze data and pull out relevant insights that lead to hypotheses for improving performance and that inform overall strategy.
•Be able to define and ensure implementation of program tracking to gain key insights for program optimization.
•Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and as part of a team across many agencies, product groups, and countries.
•Strong attention to detail is required to execute flawless programs.
•Solid written and verbal communication skills; confidence presenting to groups of different sizes
Education:
•Minimum BA unless applicant has 5 years of applicable experience.
