A fast growing start up is looking for a contract to perm Demand Generation Manager. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for generating sales leads through marketing campaigns and manage the end to end execution of nurture campaigns, webinars, events other marketing channels. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role.
This is a 3 month contract to potentially perm role, 40 hours per week, onsite at the clients offices in Foster City, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Understand target markets, solution offering, competition, etc
• Develop a marketing strategy, including metrics, tactics and required budget to obtain sales leads.
• Define marketing campaigns including email, webinars, and social media.
• Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads; track metrics, analyze results and improve ROI of marketing activities
• Manage installed base customer interactions and email communications
• Adjust marketing strategy based upon the metrics realized
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of hands on demand generation experience at a SaaS startup
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and prospects via lead generation programs and manage lead generation programs
• Demonstrated analytical approach, understanding of core marketing and pipeline metrics
• Ability to define a set demand generation metrics that are tracked to evaluate program effectiveness
• Entrepreneurial, Self-starter, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience with marketing automation tool: Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot, etc
• Bachelors Degree
