We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for a contractor role at a fast growing B2B SaaS startup company. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the go to market strategy, creating product messaging, and developing a wide variety of marketing materials to build awareness and support sales efforts.
This is a 40 hour per week, 6 month contract to perm onsite at the client's office in Foster City. This is a W-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities
• Go to market plan development: identify target market segments, vertical markets and routes to market to reach target market
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the solution
• Content creation: author content (datasheets, whitepapers, web-copy, case studies, presentations, etc.), and guide the creation of infographics, videos, podcasts, and other media
• Product launch: plan the launch of new products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the launch plan
• Competitive Analysis: Become the expert on competitive products, trends, and technologies and provide insights to sales to win.
• Sales enablement: Enable sales with customer presentations, product training, competitive analysis, etc.
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2B software or SaaS tech company.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts and technologies into business-oriented value propositions
• Demonstrated success launching new products through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• BA in marketing, communication, or related area of study or equivalent experience.
