JAVA DEV CONTRACT - BILLING CONVERSION PROJECT

Hourly - W2 / CTC / 1099 PLUS EXPENSES
Qualifications:
BEST EFFORT TO MATCH THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Business Management or the related field or the equivalent in training and experience.
2) Minimum 6 years development experience or the equivalent in training and experience.
3) Work experience with at least one major business computer application.
4) Development experience with the following technologies:
a. JAVA 1.5 or JAVA 1.6
b. Spring - 2.5 or above
c. ESB (Open Source Only - ServiceMix, Mule)
d. OSGI
e. Spring Security
f. Spring IOC and Dependency Injection
g. Web Services (CXF preferred over Axis)
Job Duties:
1) Research, document and analyze business partners* business problems and translate them into a system design by defining the business partners objective and requirements.
2) Define data processing resources required to complete a project including analyzing requirements to produce a design, systems specifications and estimating the time and cost of the project.
3) Provide project leadership for an assigned system or project, may coordinate and assign parts of the system/project to others, including complex program coding and systems design, provide training and guidance, answer questions, and serve as the primary contact for the business partners.
4) Provide for successful project completion by scheduling, performing and coordinating the testing, installation and maintenance of computer programs within project estimates.
5) Keep abreast of technological developments, new products and services in the field in order to effectively participate in the development of business applications systems.
