POSITION: Oracle Weblogic Administrator
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
MAX RATE: Market
LENGTH of CONTRACT: 12 months
Essential technical skills:
· Excellent understanding of installation, configuration and have administration skills on Oracle WebLogic and other Oracle Application servers
· Excellent skills on JVM, its memory management, tuning and diagnostics and configuration
· Excellent UNIX scripting skills preferably experience of Sun Solaris, and or other Unix/Linux scripting
· Oracle database skills and understanding and hands-on experience on Oracle database, SQL*Plus, SQL*Net
· Oracle Enterprise manager and EM application for fusion middleware
· Understanding the fusion middleware infrastructure and components
· Understanding Informatica or other ETL tools with the ability to monitor and manage jobs and services
· Understanding of job schedulers and ability to monitor and manage ETL jobs using Oracle data warehouse administration console (OBIEE DAC)
· At least 3 project experience involving Oracle Fusion Middleware Server administration with specialized skills on WebLogic and other application servers and Oracle database.
· Hand-on experience on installing, configuring and tuning Oracle WebLogic
· Performance tuning JVM and Oracle SOA Suite and composites
· Expert level skill set on Web Logic administration and expertise on its internals
· Tuning experience on JVM, Threads, Data sources
· Some understanding of high availability and clustering solution involving Oracle SOA Suite 11g
· An expert level experience in scripting and automating process on Solaris operating system;
· Project experience working with Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control
· In-depth knowledge of Solaris and networking
Following skills are plus; but not essential for this
· architect/development/troubleshoot experience of Oracle Fusion 11g or other web applications
· knowledge of SOA (Service oriented Architecture) and OSB (Oracle Service Bus)
· Knowledge of JMS, AQ/MQ, JDBC implementation
· Oracle SQL, PL-SQL • Development experience of Java, Web Services, XML
· Experience of XSL, XSD, Xquery, XPATH
· Experience in JDeveloper
· Development experience – J2EE/Java Applications; and understanding on Java internals
· Experience of Oracle Fusion
· Operations experience on WebLogic servers and its internals
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to the multiple applications including monitoring
· Implement alerts and take necessary corrective actions
· Troubleshoot and manage middleware environment
· have Oracle SOA Suite 11g deployed into production and having several issues and the resource shall be able to get on to the issues and able to resolve quickly.
SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN Telecommunications
