Required Skills/Qualifications:
* Around 8 years of overall IT experience
* 3+ Years experience in technology serving clients in state/local Government or private industry
* Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and their concepts
* Proficiency in PL/SQL stored procedures and SQL queries, JavaScript, H
* Experience in Oracle 11g DB/AppServer and APEX 4.1 environment
* Demonstrated Business Intelligence/Data Mining experience
* Ability to convert documented business requests/action items into working reports and applications
* Ability to work constructively with non-technical support staff in finalizing report requirements
* Demonstrated skill building Web-based Oracle Reports
* Ability to clearly communicate and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Quickly review database design specifications and start delivering reports to senior management within a short period of time
