SENIOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST at CISCO


We are looking for our client, Cisco Systems in San Jose, for a SENIOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST help to drive cross-functional Change Management for a major Financial Initiative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create Change Management strategy for major Cisco initiative, define required deliverables to drive large-scale change and complete those deliverables.

Organize and lead quarterly stakeholder assessments and the summary report of findings

Drive stakeholder management for all internal and external audiences

Conduct readiness assessments and provide guidance of adoption and sustaining activities or program needed

Organize, lead and develop all communications supporting other project workstreams.

Draft communications copy blocks and/or deliverables that address stakeholder needs

Design and develop training deliverables

Partner with various cross-functional partners, functional groups, and third party organizations

DELIVERABLES may include:

Change Management Strategy and Plan

Stakeholder Assessment and Stakeholder Matrix

Training strategy and plan

Sponsorship Plan and deliverables

Change Readiness and Impact Assessments

Change Communication copy to support Stakeholder Management

Recognition & Incentives plan

Change Agent Network implementation

Surveys and Focus Groups as needed

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

Cisco experience a plus

Financial experience a plus

Quoting and Ordering familiarity a plus

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Functional organization adoption / change management skills most important

Strong ability to translate difficult concepts into effective, illustrative material required

Strong partnership and organizational skills

Demonstrated success leading organization adoption / change management within complex, cross-functional initiatives

PERSONALITY/OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

Strong executive presence; approachable demeanor

Excellent program management skills

Collaborates well with multiple functional groups

Able to create tailored interventions to reach various stakeholder groups

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

High energy and stamina

Able to think strategically and execute tactically as needed
