TITLE: HR Representative/China
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is the leading provider of innovative, high quality audio transducers and loudspeaker systems for automotive, consumer, and professional audio applications. The company offers an innovative range of products and solutions unmatched in the industry.
In order to develop our products, we have a multicultural team of both Western and Asian Engineers permanently located in China. Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking to add an experienced HR Representative in the China location. This person can either be from China, or from anywhere in the world, but they must speak and write fluent Mandarin.
This HR Representative will work in the China R&D and manufacturing facility location, which is about 1.25 hours outside of Shenzhen, in southern China. This person will work with a recruiting firm in the US to assist in screening and scheduling candidates from all over the world, manage transportation for interviews, extend offer letters, etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Generalist HR training
Staffing experience
Work visa procurement experience
Benefits knowledge
Ability to work with both local and international candidates
