Kontagent is seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative who will use their strong closing skills to sell the kSuite platform of user analytics products to clients in the Small-to-Medium Business Market. Our customers are the creators of some of your favorite social games and mobile apps. Your focus will be delivering value rich, consultative sales pitches to prospects in these and other commerce verticals.

If you have strong sales, closing and mentoring skills, the desire and drive to succeed in a small business environment, and a problem solver´s mindset, we want to meet you. This is a role with HUGE upside potential and the opportunity to grow and lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Secure new small business customers by presenting compelling demos of our user analytics solutions
- Manage and grow the Inside Sales team
- Identify process improvements and work with Senior Management to increase productivity.
- Prepare proposals and keep in close contact with prospects to drive the sales process and close deals
- Sell the value of the kSuite platform by analyzing customers' needs, engaging with customers, and meeting sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Develop and sustain knowledge of Kontagent's offerings and associated technologies
- Work in Salesforce CRM to update leads and deals closed

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Quota driven performer with 5-7+ years of Inside Sales experience, ideally in a SAAS environment
- Negotiation and influencing skills, and an ability to reach the right person in an organization
- Great listening skills and a highly consultative selling techniques
- High-energy and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high quality of work
- Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into closed deals
- Objection handling and closing experience required
