<br /> Please direct your responses to: Karen@envisionchangeinc.com<br /><br /> Organizational Change Lead (contract position) downtown SF - Starts immediately<br /><br /> Please direct your responses and forward resumes to: Karen@envisionchangeinc.com<br /><br /> The Organizational Change Lead will plan, manage and execute a thorough change approach to successfully transition several departments through a change that will affect their reporting tools and processes and will also result in change within their roles.<br /><br /> This work will begin as a contract through year end and has the opportunity for extension. The key tasks include: <br /><br /> • Build strong sponsorship for the change throughout affected audience groups<br /><br /> • Educate project team and affected leaders on change leadership to facilitate the change <br /><br /> • Understand company, organization, and functional stakeholder perceptions and change needs <br /><br /> • Create a team of advocates to support the deployment with their peers<br /><br /> • Conduct a stakeholder impact assessment and create a change strategy that incorporates findings<br /><br /> • Develop and execute a detailed communication plan using a variety of medium<br /><br /> • Identify training needs and develop training content<br /><br /> • Develop success and readiness metrics and assess progress of each<br /><br /> • Identify risks and develop mitigations<br /><br /> • Schedule and manage logistics for training and other key meetings<br /><br /> Skills/ Abilities:<br /><br /> • Expert in organizational change management – understands the process of change and how to support transitions<br /><br /> • Build strong relationships and use collaboration for desired results. <br /><br /> • Project management - demonstrate expert understanding in managing a project from conception to completion. <br /><br /> • Ability to quickly assess the situation and develop plans<br /><br /> • Communicate complex messages simply; highlight key points<br /><br /> • Attention to detail; discipline and follow through eg, document action items, identify gaps and monitor through to completion<br /><br /> • Slide creation skills (PowerPoint efficiency) <br /><br /> • Excellent writing skills <br /><br /> • Dynamic; can handle multiple priorities and give the impression that each is the top priority <br /><br /> • Personable; needs to work across various organizations<br /><br /> • Capacity to learn quickly and apply that knowledge <br /><br /> Required Education/Experience: <br /><br /> • 8+ years of experience leading change with a demonstrated record of success<br /><br /> • BS/BA in Organizational Psychology or related field a plus<br /><br /> • Strong program management experience<br /><br /> <br />
