This role will have a pivotal impact on our fast-growth business.<br /><br /> This person will lead co-marketing planning with top Mobile First technology partners, ranging from Box to Cisco, including prioritization and detailed execution plans for lead generation and lead exchange programs and implementation and tracking of programs.<br /><br /> This person will be able to build partner relationships at a senior marketing level to identify and activate joint opportunities with quick time-to-market.<br /><br /> This individual will drive and inspire partners to leverage sales promotions, marketing content and activities to drive partner referral efforts, as well as support partner pipeline health and velocity. This includes working closely with the Business Development, Product Management, Sales and Marketing teams.<br /><br /> Responsibilities:<br /><br /> •Working with the Business Development team, engage top partners in the creation of go-to-market plans to drive measurable goals.<br /><br /> •Identify and cultivate relationships with key marketing players in leading partner companies and team with them to achieve marketing goals.<br /><br /> •Partner with Field and Event marketing to ensure flawless execution of marketing efforts.<br /><br /> •Define programmatic marketing elements of the Technology Partner program, including assets and programs available to partners at each level of the program.<br /><br /> •Drive ongoing communication and enablement, including content and training, to clearly position MobileIron and the partner as part of a winning solution.<br /><br /> •Support the measured goals of the Business Development team to recruit and drive/leverage sales through Technology Partners.<br /><br /> *LI-MB1<br /><br /> Qualifications: <br /><br /> •BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field.<br /><br /> •10+ years of marketing and partner experience, including experience marketing to, through and with partners, including SI/VAR or technology partners.<br /><br /> •7+ years must have been spent in B2B marketing, sales or business development roles.<br /><br /> •Above average technical knowledge of networking, SaaS, mobile applications or similar technology (ability to articulate technology to sales teams).<br /><br /> •Proven track record of supporting Sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.<br /><br /> •Ability to navigate complex partner organizations and comfortable engaging at all levels, including CMO.<br /><br /> •Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written and verbal presentations to a variety of audiences.<br /><br /> •Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services and the benefits of the partner programs.<br /><br /> •Ability to manage lead generation activities from inception to execution and reporting.<br /><br /> •Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.<br /><br /> •Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail: ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.<br /><br /> Video: Who is MobileIron<br /><br /> http://bit.ly/WuFCGH <br /><br /> <br />
