From day one, MobileIron's focus has been 100% customer success through innovation, leadership, customer support and best practice development.<br /><br /> Since then, thousands of organizations have selected MobileIron as the platform for their mobile strategies, making the company the leading global provider of Mobile IT solutions for security and management.<br /><br /> Responsibilities: <br /><br /> The Role:<br /><br /> This role is responsible for designing, marketing and managing a globally scoped program for MobileIron's network of technology partners to facilitate the recruitment, onboarding and development of a solutions portfolio of AppConnect and Technology Alliance Partners. This role will have a pivotal impact on the expansion and contribution to the business of our technology solutions network of partners.<br /><br /> This person will be responsible for the program design and operational playbook for the MobileIron Technology Partner Network, including program requirements and benefits, and infrastructure and process requirements to attract, engage and retain developers and technology partners.<br /><br /> Working across Business Development, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Success organizations this individual will be able to build and operate a scalable program to expand and grow MobileIron's partner network.<br /><br /> Responsibilities:<br /><br /> •Working with the Business Development team, develop partner program structure and parameters, including partner requirements and benefits.<br /><br /> •Identify, understand and champion Technology Partner requirements (business, marketing, SDK product).<br /><br /> •Define programmatic marketing elements of the Technology Partner Network, including assets and programs available to partners at each level of the program.<br /><br /> •Collaborate with and manage key stakeholder input, contribution and requirements to ensure program success.<br /><br /> •Contribute to partner strategy, who and why we will target selected partners to build compelling Mobile First enterprise solutions.<br /><br /> •Create and refine program value proposition and key messages.<br /><br /> •Design and implement partner lifecycle management plan and related processes that span from partner recruitment and onboarding through to launch, co-marketing and selling.<br /><br /> •Create and execute programmatic marketing activities to drive overall technology partner program awareness within the mobile enterprise solutions community.<br /><br /> •Drive ongoing communication and enablement of the Technology Partner Network, including content and training, to clearly position MobileIron and the partner as part of a winning solution.<br /><br /> •Lead ongoing program forums for partner feedback and influence to drive continued program development and success.<br /><br /> •Stay current on industry best practices with respect to technology partner programs; recommend and implement enhancements as needed.<br /><br /> •Support the measured goals of the Business Development team to recruit and drive/leverage sales through Technology Partners.<br /><br /> •Prepare monthly/quarterly Technology Solutions Partner Network dashboard reporting.<br /><br /> *LI-MB1<br /><br /> Qualifications: <br /><br /> •BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field.<br /><br /> •10+ years of marketing, program and partner experience, including experience marketing to, through and with partners.<br /><br /> •7+ years must have been spent in B2B marketing / partner program or partner marketing roles.<br /><br /> •Ability to lead and manage program development from initial structuring through to execution and reporting.<br /><br /> •Proven track record of supporting Sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.<br /><br /> •Ability to navigate and collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies for program development.<br /><br /> •Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results.<br /><br /> •Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and information in written and verbal form to a variety of audiences, including structuring and developing program content for the web and mobile applications.<br /><br /> •Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating program benefits broadly to a partner community.<br /><br /> •Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.<br /><br /> •Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail: ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.<br /><br /> Video: Who is MobileIron<br /><br /> http://bit.ly/WuFCGH <br /><br /> <br />
