[KITlist] Sales Enablement Program Manager (contractor, remote okay) (sf bay area, CA)

Aventi Group LLC, a Product Marketing agency, is seeking a consultant for a full-time three-month assignment for one of our technology clients here in Silicon Valley.

Location: Remote is acceptable as work can be done via web conference calls.
Status: 1099 independent contractor
Duration: 3 months starting Oct 15th and ending Dec 15th

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years Product Marketing or Product Management experience with Information Security products for the enterprise
- Sales enablement (development of sales training, sales communications, and sales tool)
- Cross-functional program management skills
- Highly independent consultant with exceptional business judgment

Responsibilities:
- Contractor will work as an Aventi Group LLC consultant for our client's Global Sales Enablement management team focusing on the Information Security suite of enterprise software products including products such as data loss prevention, endpoint protection, data center security, email/web security, threat protection, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing program managers, business unit managers and sales teams to implement segmented selling strategies through the sales cycle.
- Responsible for the creative process of translating marketing strategy and programs into executable sales tools and assets in order to compress sales cycles and improve selling efficiency. This involves working very closely with PMM and PM for Info Sec products.
- Evaluate the current experience level of sales teams to baseline performance across various stages within the sales cycle in order to propose and execute an effective and coordinated sales and marketing engagement model.
- Lead 360 feedback process through sales, marketing, and product business units to drive continuous improvement of portfolio content.
- Responsible for being the Portfolio Champion within the sales and marketing operations team.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, summary and dissemination and utilization of key data and information required to align our sales and marketing engagement activities with customer needs.
- Deliverables will include help with any ad-hoc enablement requests: this could include running reports, communications help, building roadmaps for playbooks, help executing the overall content strategy (this could include working with Education Services, technology/IT requirements, working with technical sales enablement, product management).
- Deliverables also include the creation of a New Product Introduction calendar for the regions which outlines product launches, train-the-trainer model and coordination (ensuring that in-Geo training leads are connected with global PMM to learn about new launches), working with PMM and the Geos to coordinate the delivery of content for enablement. .(1409579218).
