This role will be instrumental in supporting the company's revenue objectives for the large enterprise and Global 5000 accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of campaign management and execution experience within the marketing function for technology companies servicing the large enterprise segment via direct and channel sales models. This person will play a key role in bringing leads into the funnel from nurture and using various techniques to turn the prospects into opportunities.<br /><br /> Ideal candidates will be well-versed in marketing and sales funnel concepts, marketing automation systems, buyer's journey stages, and current marketing trends and best practices. Requires proven ability to work well cross functionally with sales and marketing operations counterparts, international marketing leads, and to be a creative thinker and problem solver.<br /><br /> Reporting to the Director, Global Demand Generation, this role requires excellent project management skills, a strong ability to forge relationships with sales, strong communication skills and a strong orientation around tracking marketing results. The ideal candidate will have a diverse set of demand generation programs experience across the marketing mix including email marketing, content syndication, lead nurture campaigns, appointment-setting, and webinar marketing. You will join a fast-paced environment, with a team that works hard and knows the importance of having fun at work too.<br /><br /> Responsibilities:<br /><br /> •Develop quarterly marketing strategies and execute measurable demand creation programs to support Inquiry/MQL/SQL goals. <br /><br /> •Work with product marketing, inside sales, and direct sales teams to shape campaign themes and programs on an annual and quarterly basis.<br /><br /> •Assess target account strategies, pipeline and opportunity targets, and identify appropriate marketing campaign tactics, calls to action, in order to meet performance criteria.<br /><br /> •Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors as appropriate including scopes of work, contracts, budgets and vendor deliverables.<br /><br /> •Help to refine the end-to-end campaign and lead management process in conjunction with Sales Operations and Marketing Operations, including lead capture, nurturing, and curriculum marketing.<br /><br /> •Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length.<br /><br /> •Work with the three global regions to drive and execute demand programs that meet their requirements.<br /><br /> *LI-MB1<br /><br /> Qualifications: <br /><br /> •BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.<br /><br /> •5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, campaign strategy, vendor and budget management.<br /><br /> •Experience targeting large enterprises with demand generation programs including, but not limited to, executive events, account profiling, appointment setting programs, and CXO level events.<br /><br /> •Experience with marketing automation (Marketo or similar), Salesforce automation, web content management, web analytics and reporting.<br /><br /> •Ability to review, edit and develop campaign content and copy when necessary and assemble presentations to support campaign rollout efforts<br /><br /> •Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written and verbal presentations to a variety of audiences.<br /><br /> •Experience creating demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.<br /><br /> •Team player with strong cross-functional project leadership skills.<br /><br /> •Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.<br /><br /> •Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail: ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in parallel.<br /><br /> •Budget management a requirement.<br /><br /> Video: Who is MobileIron<br /><br /> http://bit.ly/WuFCGH <br /><br /> <br />
