We seek an Office Manager who believes in engaging and supporting our startup team. This newly defined role will be our anchor for all administrative and facilities functions in our Silicon Valley office. 

The Office Manager will be someone who can work autonomously, with little or no direction, and be willing to help with a variety of projects. We are seeking someone who is not afraid to share their ideas, own them and see them through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring best pricing and services. Review invoices for accuracy and ensure invoices are submitted for timely payment.
• Coordinate and schedule team events, department, site, and company All-Hands meetings and activities.
• Partner with Facilities and Recruiting to coordinate large hiring events and act as on-site contact/liaison to escort candidates as necessary
• All new hire onboarding experience – everything from assigning work spaces, new hire documentation and ensuring everyone meets our new employees.
• Be proactive – be able to anticipate needs and address them
• Accounting and Payroll support
• In-house liaison with our outsourced human resources team, the Melita Group
• Maintain corporate legal files
• Help with inventory management until full time operations staff is on board

Core Qualifications
• BS degree or equivalent
• Experience working in a fast pace, accelerated growth/startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities daily with the flexibility to adjust day as needed.
• Proven experience leading projects through to completion
• Proficient with MS Office Google Apps/Drive<
• 5+ years of Office Management experience
• Be confident to present new ideas that ensure our company is organized and efficient
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and orally with all levels and across all groups within the organization
• Experience contributing to the company culture and ready to help in a variety of areas, even those outside your scope of work.
