Position Summary:
Position - Identity and Access Governance (IAG) Senior Technical Engineer
Identity and Access Governance (IAG) is a key strategic access control initiative for my client. The initiative requires building and deploying a technical infrastructure and a catalog of operational roles that represent the functional roles of resources in the organization; and the detailed accesses they require to carry out these functions.
We are seeking a senior technical resource looking for a challenge working on this high visibility IAG project and related identity, authentication and authorization initiatives. The resource will be on-point as the key contact for core technologies related to the IAG strategy.
In addition to strong technical skills the candidate must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate the configuration of the developing IAG infrastructure components in partnership with the application, database support teams and third party vendors.
Additionally, the candidate will assist in the roles based access control (RBAC) design of business roles to the existing application infrastructure and be able to resolve the related technical complexities associated with configuring granular access permission schemes between the IAG tools and applications and databases in the environment, inclusive of both internal and public-cloud based technologies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Must have:
· Strong understanding of identity management technologies, challenges, and approaches. Technologies involved include Active Directory, Oracle roles, AWS IAM, LDAP, SAML, & OAuth.
· Familiarity with IAG/IAM solutions (RSA L&G expertise a plus)
· AWS application deployment experience
· Strong IT capabilities including database and application integration experience
· Ability to clearly communicate with and oversee IT partners and resources assisting with the related projects.
This is a full time role that will evolve to owning and managing all technical systems related to the IAG initiative
Keys to this Position:
· Must have Identity and Access Governance experience. The ideal candidate will have RSA L&G (Lifecycle and Governance) experience. We will also look at vendor experience other than RSA (i.e. Oracle, SailPoint, etc.).
· The following are nice to have and we will train if needed: AWS, Databases, Connectivity, Active Directory, etc.
