Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an Executive Briefing Center Specialist for our client based in Santa Clara, California. The Executive Briefing Center Specialist position will work with Sales teams and the EBC Program Manager to plan and execute customer briefings.
This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual who is comfortable interfacing with high level executive customers, partners and cross-functionally across multiple groups and working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Must be able to think and act strategically while having the ability to execute necessary operational and mechanical tasks that are required in managing the Briefing Center.
Responsibilities:
* Develop customized briefing agendas, scheduling and meeting execution
* Create campaigns to increase Sales engagement in utilizing the EBC
* Prepare meeting rooms (agendas, catering, prospect/client gifts, guest access/wireless, AV)
* Oversee all inventory needs for customer gifts and briefing supplies
* Tracking attendees in Salesforce.com, ensuring opportunities/pipeline are appropriately accounted for
* Compiling and presenting results in on a monthly and quarterly basis
* Create and publish monthly newsletters
* Maintain EBC content on both intranet and extranet sites
* Maintain library of all presentations and video assets to share globally
* Work with IT to manage, maintain and ensure a great customer technology experience
* Maintain the physical environment of the center, ensure all meeting room equipment is working at all times
Skills:
* 3 years' experience in executive briefing center program management
* Superb organizational and time management skills - a self-starter
* Customer service oriented with great interpersonal skills in a multicultural global environment
* Creative, "out of the box thinker", flexible, detail-oriented and a high-quality producer under tight deadlines
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail
* Willing to do "whatever it takes' in the interest of a world class customer and account team experience.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
* Ability to deal with last-minute changes and deadlines while showing grace under pressure
* Solid project management skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and Saleforce.com skills
* The position may warrant 25% of travel per year
Rate:
* D.O.E., as a w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
Location:
* Fully onsite at clients' office in Santa Clara, CA; up to 25% annual travel. No phone calls, please.
Duration:
* Full time consulting, starting ASAP – six months, converting to full time/direct employee of client thereafter.
