Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an EBC Director for our client in Santa Clara, CA. This is a full time consulting that will convert to full time/direct employment with our client. The Director of the Executive Briefing Center will be responsible for setting and managing the strategy of the global briefing centers, by driving the brand experience and developing trusted relationships with executives, account teams and presenters, while delivering highly personalized and thought-leading executive briefings to customers and prospects globally. 


This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills and the ability to communicate to business-critical organizations within the company and group companies to ensure the success of the EBC program in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Director will have high visibility and will work closely with the senior leadership of the company.



Responsibilities:


Create the strategy and manage a highly visible, impactful EBC Program -- a strategic sales tool -- which helps accelerate customer relationships and deals


Lead global EBC team members to deliver a high volume of strategically engaged EBCs, EBC tours, workshops and briefings at events


Develop, implement and manage briefing strategy to ensure that customers, executives and account teams experience a positive, personalized experience in the EBC throughout the planning cycle, during and after briefings


Augment executives and EBC speaker excitement and participation in the program by providing a consistent, reliable, high-end experience


Partner with cross functional speakers to maintain highly customized, current and compelling content/demos, well prepped executives/speakers and account team readiness


Oversee and manage the post-briefing follow up with all relevant stakeholders, encompassing analysis and reporting of all metrics and information gathered from briefing, delegating ownership of next steps 


Oversee the ongoing reporting systems, with weekly and quarterly reporting on metrics and key performance indicators for the EBC


Work with EBC teams and facilities to manage/operate the EBC space at a high-functioning level and deliver a seamless technology experience


Collaborate with group companies; share best practices, and partner in globalizing the EBC program


Collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously bring new processes and technology (content and demos) to life and make improvements to the customer journey




Skills:


10+ years' experience managing EBC programs and/or relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing 


Functional Sales/customer-facing experience and working knowledge of the Executive Briefing process.


Compelling track record of delivering customer success


Experience and strong, proven ability to lead effectively across organizations and manage a team


Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships across internal groups and management levels


Ability to speak effectively in front of executive-level customer audiences. Excellent presentation and writing skills: Must be able to articulate EBC strategy, technology and product positioning


Demonstrated project management and attention to detail with professionalism in demeanor, ability to think strategically and execute on tactics to drive impactful programs which advance the business


Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to move forward and drive impact through ambiguity associated with business transformation


Strong program management skills, vendor/agency management experience, and budget management


Master's degree and/or relevant experience is required



Rate:


D.O.E., as a w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available) full time/direct hire employee of client 



Location:


Fully onsite at clients' office in Santa Clara, CA. No phone calls, please.



Duration:


Full time consulting, starting ASAP – six months, converting to full time/direct employee of client thereafter.
