Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an Executive Briefing Center Program Manager position for our client based in Santa Clara, California. The Executive Briefing Center Program Manager will work with sales teams, executives and speakers to plan and execute customer briefings. This role will also involve facilitating and attending the briefings. 


Other responsibilities include updating internal content on the intranet and public domain sites, as well as ensuring presentations slides, videos and EBC materials are effectively stored and managed in a central asset library. The Executive Briefing Center Program Manager will be responsible for driving metrics pre, onsite and post briefings. The briefing program manager will maintain the physical environment of the EBC in Santa Clara, ensuring all meeting room equipment is working at all times.


The briefing program manager must be a team player, highly dependable, communicator both to fellow peers and management and external parties in a timely fashion. Seeking a Manager who is confident and committed to company and customer success. Articulate, clear and precise in objectives and actions; "out of the box thinker", flexible, creative, extremely detail-oriented and a high-quality producer under tight deadlines. In addition, this person must be able to think and act strategically while having the ability to execute necessary operational and mechanical tasks that is required managing the EBC.


Responsibilities:




* Develop customized briefing agendas, scheduling and hosting pre-briefing meetings to ensure sales account teams collaborate with speakers and that all participants understand account status and meeting objectives 


* Ensure all briefings are managed and executed effectively 


* Responsible for hosting executives, sales teams and customers and serving as the point person responsible for overall meeting success and addressing any issues that arise 


* Recommending and securing corporate resources, managing briefing logistics, participating in briefings and preparing post briefing follow-up requirements


* Develop, manage and execute customer, partner and prospect briefing and EBC OTR programs


* Update the online briefing management tool, creating reports, monthly and quarterly metrics, evolution of customer engagement programs and continuous improvements to the overall EBC customer experience


* Responsibility working of their own initiative and as a team player in managing and leading the day-to-day operations for the executive briefing center and customer related programs 


* Ensure the brand and messaging is represented accurately 


* Manage 3rd party vendors as needed


* Manage quarterly merchandise planning and budgets


Skills:


This is a role which requires a highly detail oriented individual, who is comfortable interfacing with high level executives/customers, partners and cross-functionally across multiple groups and working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. 


* 5+ years' experience in executive briefing center program management


* Functional Sales/customer-facing experience and working knowledge of the Executive Briefing process


* Superb organizational and time management skills - a self-starter 


* Customer service oriented with great interpersonal skills in a multicultural,global environment


* Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to move forward and drive impact through ambiguity associated with business transformation


* Must have ability to speak effectively in front of executive-level customer audience 


* Strong verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail


* Willing to do "whatever it takes' in the interest of a world class customer and account team experience


* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced work environment


* Ability to deal with last-minute changes and deadlines while showing grace under pressure


* Project management skills; intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills


* The position may warrant 25% of travel per year 




Rate:


* D.O.E., as a w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available) 


Location:


* Fully onsite at clients' office in Santa Clara, CA; up to 25% annual travel. No phone calls, please.


Duration:


* Full time consulting, starting ASAP – six months, converting to full time/direct employee of client thereafter.
