Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc., (ETMG) is seeking a production specialist for a client company in San Francisco. This person will be responsible for end-to-end execution of campaign execution and bringing initiatives to life via desktop and mobile push notifications for our flagship creative design products. The role will require someone who is fiercely ambitious and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves in order to drive user growth.
Responsibilities:
Operations Execution
•Act as day-to-day point of contact for execution and deployment
•Work with creative teams to finalize campaign assets
•Partner with local geo team liaisons to round out translations/localized copy
•Rally campaign requirements with stakeholders within the various business units
•Set up criteria definition of campaigns in our cross-channel personalization tool
•Maintain if/then statements against existing logic to avoid overlap
•Share campaign launch status with stakeholders internally
Strategy Analytics
•Contribute to ideation of interesting hypothesis to run as product engagement tests
•Help operations lead coordinate post-campaign analytics in order to derive insights
Qualifications
•Core: Soft skills
o Must be eager to learn and willing to wear many hats in order to achieve our teams goals
o Must be detail-oriented and thorough, ensuring that deliverables meet timelines
o Must be comfortable simplifying processes to address core objectives
o Major pre-requisite for current team culture: a solid sense of humor
•Core: Hard skills
o Project management experience (Asana, Workfront, Trello, etc.)
o Comfortable with light-weight, standard data (automated reports, Excel charts, etc.)
•Core: Professional history
o 2-3 years of marketing or operations experience
o Experience as a project manager or a program coordinator
o Prior mobile marketing experience a plus
This is a long term, hourly, entry level position, renewed quarterly.
