The Role
The Marcom Contractor will drive the creation of content for FireEye on a global basis. Content includes company collateral, product collateral, white papers, videos, and website copy, to name a few. Also included is the translation/localization of some pieces for use in non-English speaking countries.
The Marcom Contractor will be part of the Corporate Marketing team and will work closely with the regional marketing teams. This is a part-time role and is based in Milpitas, CA.
The Candidate
The candidate will have at least 10 years of high technology marcom experience, preferably in the B2B IT security industry, along with strong communication skills and content creation experience. Candidates with high energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic will be given preference.
Required Skills and Attributes
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• High technology marcom experience
• Excellent communication skills including superior knowledge of proper grammar
• Keen attention to detail and ability to accurately proof content
• Superior computer skills including superior skills with graphics applications
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage projects independently
• Ability to engage with others on a global basis
• Team player
