POSITION – SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
LOCATION – SAN JOSE, CA
RESPONSIBILITIES –
• Identify and deploy strategic programs tied to priority goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional project management for high-profile programs
• Develop robust communication plans to align objectives and results across different business units and organizations
• Work closely with the team to ensure alignment of business objectives are met
• Provide input and recommendations toward customer facing system solutions
MUST HAVE SKILLS –
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering scalable, complex programs specifically designed to improve product or service
• Proven execution skills following standardized project management methodology
• Strong Internal Corporate Communication Skills
• Change Management Experience
• Ability to work cross functionally with multiple organizations
• Experience with Pricing, Partner Programs and Distributors
• Experience with rolling out changes within different organizations
