Meru Networks (www.merunetworks.com) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead its Quality Product Lifecycle Process for its line of innovative wireless networking products. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering Development, Engineering QA, Manufacturing Operations and other functional groups to manage the product lifecycle from product planning through end of life.
You should have demonstrated success in cross-functional project management and a track record of introducing products that meet or exceed quality goals and time to market objectives. This role offers you the rewarding opportunity to manage Meru's product lifecycle process and lead the integrated product team responsible for bringing to market the next generation of high performance mobility solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Enforce and lead Meru's Product Lifecycle process
Drive and manage PLC phase entry and exit criteria
Define and enforce quality guidelines in collaboration with cross-functional team
Lead gate reviews with senior management
Track and report key program metrics and gate criteria
Experience and Skills:
BS/BE or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in PLC / program management
Expert in phase/gate PLC process
Experience in project management of software and hardware developments
Effective leadership of cross-functional and collaborative teams
Proficient in project management reporting
Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly identify program interdependencies and critical paths
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Experience in wireless and networking technologies is preferred
