Lead Java Developer
. Java Programming focused on design, development, testing, debugging, and support of Java Enterprise Applications
· Work closely with business, technology and development teams to plan and launch projects on time, on budget and according to requirements and specifications
· Directly lead the web development team responsible for content and design changes, as well as the site maintenance
· Establish measurable work plans and staffing for projects
· Define priorities, authority and accountability structures, determine assumptions, changes, scope control and risk for application and product development and application changes
· Facilitate in-depth discussions between cross-functional teams to determine the goals and scope of new features/functionality for the website; effectively manage cross-functional teams to extract information from business leaders to create the overall website functionality requirements and roadmap
· Develop an overall website product/application plan by function and determine necessary resources to execute
· Responsible for suggesting methods to improve online operations, processes, efficiency, and service to improve overall customer satisfaction
· Reviews project proposals to determine time frame, funding, and procedures for accomplishing projects
· Review and fine-tune specifications and requirements documentation for all product and application development activity
· Conduct and participate in recurring Web team meetings and cross-functional team meetings
· Manage and maintain IT Web Project and Change Request schedule
· JavaScript. Technology qualifications: Open Source, J2EE, Java resources, & methodologies, Microsoft development (ASP, .Net, VB), SQL, Oracle EBS, Oracle DBS Tools, scalability and operational availability, internet architecture
· Must have great team building and team management skills, project management skills, and solid
written and oral communication skills.
· 4 year degree in a computer-science or related field.
· At least two year's experience in E-commerce web development
