Experis IT is looking for a Paralegal with contract negotiation experience and supply chain or logistics experience for our client with the below requirement:
Title: Paralegal
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ months (quarterly renewal)
- He/she should have knowledge around legal entity and contract background. This person will assist the Sr Director and his team (in the Global Tax and Custom group) to review their intercompany agreement.
- Responsible for look up entity, summarize the agreement and review the agreement in details for any error.
- Responsible for assemble the packet and execute the information into their legal tool and send hard copies to the vendor.
- Solid Degree and 8+ years of paralegal experience or is in his/her 1st or 2nd year as an attorney. A good eye for details (zero error).
- Excellent communication and written skills.
