Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is looking for a Field Marketing Manager for our client based in San Jose, CA.
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing and tracking high-impact programs that drive leads, advance existing opportunities for the Sales team, and assisting the company in reaching aggressive sales goals. This position will focus on driving high-quality demand, increasing marketing productivity and providing support for all sales channels with aligned marketing activities.
The ideal candidate has a friendly but professional/direct communications style. Must have a strong work ethic, be results driven and able to independently prioritize workload based upon business needs vs individual stakeholder demands. Candidates with infectious enthusiasm and a great sense of humor will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
Field Marketing Management:
At a territory level, develop and manage marketing plans, budgets and schedules for cost-effective, high-impact programs that maximize marketing ROI and meet lead targets
Collaborate on end-to-end ROI reporting to ensure program effectiveness
Work cross-functionally with product marketing, channel, campaign, and social media teams to develop marketing content, manage email campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications
Work with local sales teams, resellers and alliance partners to assess and develop program opportunities
Strategically leverage channel resources such as partner MDFs, co-funding, prospect lists and marketing assets to stretch budgets and maximize exposure.
Marketo Program Management:
Based on existing email, page and campaign templates, develop and execute programs in support of events and promotions
Load lists and maintain Marketo lead database
Deliver Marketo and Salesforce.com reporting at a campaign and territory level
Event Management:
Manage conferences, hosted events and user groups, including strategy, logistics, catering, materials, shipping and staffing
Select events and negotiate competitive sponsorship agreements with vendors and venues
Provide onsite event management or staffing as needed
Manage and track contracts, purchase orders, expense reports and invoices
Work effectively with technology partners and resellers to share costs and increase exposure
Manage event follow-up activities such as emailing, lead loading and reporting
Skills:
Five + years combined field marketing, partner marketing and event management experience for at least one technology company
At least one year of marketing automation experience required (Marketo strongly preferred; Eloqua, Pardot or similar)
Salesforce.com experience
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of office administration processes such as purchase orders and expense reports
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office proficiency
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
Rate :
D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group
Location:
Fully onsite at clients offices in San Jose, CA. 20% domestic travel required. No phone calls, please.

Full time consulting, January 10, 2017 May 10, 2017.
