Global Services Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The global marketing manager responsibilities include the tasks and execution of the global services marketing strategy. The global marketing manager works in collaboration with the regional units and the Services headquarters to ensure the completion of global plans and enforcement of global programs in coordination with its associates. Create, design and enhance marketing plans and programs for expanding the Service business. Provides analytical and project back up to the regional units and interacts with the global business lines to develop and implement marketing programs adapted to local business conditions. Collaborate closely with Sales to create sales enablement capabilities globally for the Services organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Examining and analyzing the market conditions and competitor activities to formulate marketing plans, programs, and branding initiatives as needed by the various regions

• Administer and supervise development of plans, strategies and other tools. Supervising the costs, overseeing the launching plans and programs of new marketing strategies

• Analyzing and examining the present or current marketing and sales procedures and trends and looking for areas of the company that could be enhanced. Designing marketing methods and procedures that improve the sales output for the Services business.

• Formulate productive, inventive and constructive documents on the services of the company. Formulating the sales collateral with agreement to the policies, principles and regulations.

• Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define support initiatives to Drive Sales. Act as a liaison between Services Business Lines Marketing, Regions, Communications, and Global Services Marketing/Sales team.

• Responsible for global content creation, rolling out sales tools, and supporting prospect qualification. Help to facilitate and organize all Sales learning activities and onboarding content.

• Manage and deal with the organization's branding and positioning on a global scale. Expanding the business and reach of the company across the globe.

Professional Knowledge:

• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills and a proven ability to communicate. Exceptional writing skills, and in particular, the ability to write in different styles to reflect the nature of the stakeholder, audience and message.

• Proven ability to research and benchmark best practices and to collect, analyze and employ data to guide decisions

• Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred, but, not a requirement.

• Experience supporting a global organization

• Direct experience in Marketing of Service Business is required

• Experience marketing in Healthcare and/or of Digital Ecosystems/Platforms are a strong plus.

• Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.

• Typically 5-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

• Develop and analyze complex data on competitors and makes recommendations regarding portfolio performance, pricing, financing, sales, marketing and distribution.

• Develop complex market focused strategies and implement complex marketing programs, channel and pricing strategies to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products/services.

• Develop strategic business plans to support market share objectives as well as implementation of complex marketing/sales tools.

Education:

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.

• Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.

• Typically 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.

• Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

Direction of Others:

• Provide specialized guidance or support training of professional staff. Leadership qualities and role model qualities demonstrated.

Key Working Relationships:

• Primarily intra-organizational contacts with some external partner and customer contact.

Leads the development of strategic and business plans to support market share objectives. Drives business development within assigned key accounts and/or markets. Leads the development and implementation of the most complex marketing sales tools.<

Education:

BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas.

Knowledge and Experience:

General Requirements:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments. Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues.Typically 10+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.

Direction of Others:

Develops team members through mentoring and coaching in complex subjects. Key Working Relationships:

Acts as advisor to top management and business partners on advanced technical matters. Represents the company as the primary external contact.
