We are hiring a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support our client's needs. This Project Coordinator will be responsible with supporting the requirements gathering aspect, coordination of activities, and supporting the ongoing aspects of a long term infrastructure project.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
· Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
· Make certain that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
· Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
· Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Required Skills:
· Strong MS Excel skills
· Analytical mind.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills
· Willingness to roll up sleeves and work odd hours as necessary
· Willingness to travel, both internationally and domestically
