Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a passionate Account Director (AD) to manage and grow one of our Tier 1 technology customers. This role is ultimately responsible for account sales targets and client satisfaction.
The AD will develop and drive an annual account plan, scope new opportunities, create statements of work (SOWs), support selection of talent, and manage consultants to ensure seamless delivery. The AD will also focus on developing and driving programs to strengthen client relationships to ensure customer loyalty. Prior experience working with Cisco Systems required for consideration.
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive account plan to achieve revenue targets: identify areas of opportunity within account
Identify/respond to new opportunities within account, scope opportunities and develop estimates that adhere to approved company pricing
Manage the consultant selection process: outline requirements, engage talent selection team, interview candidates, profile candidates to client, capture client feedback
Drive onboarding of new consultants: initiate onboarding, provide input for offer letters, work with client to scope logistics for first week, escort candidate to first (if applicable)
Manage active clients: ensure delivery above and beyond expectations
Manage consultants currently placed with client: status reports, 1:1 meetings, guidance and mentoring
Drive finance necessities for customers: develop of statement of work (SOW), track purchase order (PO), and approve sales orders and invoicing
Skills:
Must have a proven track record in developing enterprise-level accounts in a metrics-driven environment
Knowledge of the functions within a marketing organization
An ability to create, manage, and deepen customer and consultant relationships through consistent connection and problem solving
Must have good relational soft skills and diplomacy for mentoring clients and consultants
Business savvy with broad business and management knowledge and experience
A problem solver who responds creatively to challenges
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the interworkings of a Managed Service required
Experience working with Cisco required
Experience with NetSuite a plus
Experience working with VMOs a plus
Bachelors degree in Business or related field
