We are looking for a marketing project specialist for a maternity leave backfill at mid-sized high tech company. The project specialist would be responsible for tracking and managing marketing requests to the marketing operations team, who manages the website, demand generation activities and collateral production. Additionally, the project specialist would be responsible for loading content in the client's content management system and creating/assigning the appropriate tags. This is a good role for an entry level marketing professional.
This is a 30 hours per week, 6 months, onsite (3 days per week) role at the client's offices in Santa Clara, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management. Manage marketing requests (design projects, collateral production, email scheduling, website changes, etc) in an agile-type operational workflow tool (Workfront). Ensure each request is addressed in a timely manner, communicate with requestor and ensure request is completed by the appropriate resources.
• Content Management. Post marketing and sales collateral to an in house Content Management System (CMS) and ensure that each collateral piece is appropriately tagged so it can be distributed across various internal and external websites.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years marketing project management and content management experience.
• Ability to work with many stakeholders across the organization
• Strong project management skills and proven ability in managing multiple projects/deadlines
• Bachelors degree
