Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to provide support of sales enablement and program activities for our high-tech client's System Integrator and System Outsourcer (SISO) Route to Market team.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact as a remote worker.
What you will be doing:
-Providing project management to ensure Strategic Initiative Registrations are properly approved and uploaded to systems, working closely with Partner Operations Group in Costa Rica
-Collaborating with IT to ensure new automated Strategic Initiative Registration submission process meets project requirements.
-Providing program management of the Global Partner ID project, working closely with Global Alliance teams and Partner Operations Group in Costa Rica
-Project managing SISO requirements for the next phase of the Orion project
-Managing timelines and stated deliverables for assigned projects
-Identifying and recommending process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing
-Communicating timing of requests, negotiating alternatives and managing escalations
-Providing input to new processes, as requested
Skill Set:
-Strong attention to detail is a must
-Demonstrated problem solving abilities, including working with others to quickly reach sustainable resolutions
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to partner with internal teams, monitor workflow, and assure follow-through
-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-look up and basic calculations)
