Job Title: Marketing Programs Manager


The role of the Marketing Programs Manager is to provide overall marketing management for our client marketing and communication activities. Key Activities include: Defining overall marketing program and budget, executing marketing communications visibility for the client by way of managing conferences and exhibits, interfacing with public relations firms, creating collateral and press kits, writing newsletters and press releases, developing web content, managing the content of websites to keep them fresh, and managing projects to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget. This position reports to the Vice President in charge of Marketing and Operations and requires strong marketing communications skills, the ability to manage people and projects, strong attention to detail, excellent strategic planning skills and the ability to influence decisions.



Primary Duties Responsibilities::

Provide proactive marketing guidance and counsel to Inventures clients

Develop strategic marketing plans to increase visibility and awareness of Global Inventures and its clients

Effectively communicate marketing strategies to key decision makers for approval

Write e-newsletters, press releases, and communications for internal/external distribution

Create effective communications collateral and web content and ensure information is current and appropriate

Co-ordinate event marketing activities


Additional Responsibilities:

Provide project management on approved marketing projects through completion

Ensure that deadlines are met and marketing projects are completed on time, within budget and to specifications

Manage the content of websites for both Inventures and its clients

Manage all aspects of trade shows, conferences and other events participation including development of messages, agendas, programs, etc., working in conjunction with the Events Manager

Manage and provide direction and guidance to clients' public relations firms and oversee their deliverables

Perform regular content reviews of all websites to ensure information is current and fresh

Enhance usability of websites and ease of access to website content

Support ad hoc marketing projects as specified by Inventures and its clients, including but not limited to development of press kits


Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

A minimum of seven years of experience in Marketing and Communications is required

Must also have experience in project management and be able to strategically plan and implement effective marketing plans

Strong content development and writing skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Good interpersonal and presentation skills and strong attention to detail

Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task. Must also be a team player with a strong work ethic

Education Work Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Marketing and Communications


Travel Required:
Travel is a requirement for this position, including international travel. Travel is approximately25%. An unrestricted passport is required.

My client is seeking a strong GIS Engineer for its growing product development team. They seek a strong GIS Software Engineer to primarily develop new features on top of ArcEngine platform, maintain the code base that is split between two systems (Oracle based and SQL Server based), and to work on the integration of the systems with Esri ArcGIS Server.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

·         Work on a team that designs, develops, tests, documents, implements, and maintains commercial software components, reports, and product that support state and local government property tax related business processes.

·         Execute all phases of software application projects, including, defect removal, issue resolution, or any technical task required to ensure successful deployment.

·         Contribute to recommendations of design approaches and assist in developing product enhancements (both functional and technical) that satisfy customer contract requirements identified by project managers.

·         Ability to analyze information and recommend plan of action to project team members and/or stakeholders.

·         Analyze and solve complex business problems.

·         Gather, compile, analyze and document Software or System Integration Requirements.

·         Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can easily understand the program logic.

Required Skills and Competencies:

·         At least three (3) years of continuous working with ESRI ArcObjects is a must.

·         Experience with SQL Server, C#, T-SQL, WCF, WPF, and WinForms would be beneficial.

·         Experience with Shapefiles, Geodatabases (file, personal, SDE), Raster Catalogs, and Image Formats (e.g. TIF, MrSid, GeoTIFF), is highly desirable.

·         Knowledge of ArcGIS for Desktop, ArcSDE, and ArcGIS for Server would be an asset.

·         Previous experience in CAMA or appraisal industry is preferred.

·         Experience with ArcGIS dynamic and cashed map services is desired.

·         Experience with VB6 would be a plus.

·         Previous experience with Oracle would be a value.

·         Additional ESRI GIS APIs would be considered a big advantage.

·         Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, or a related field

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will be the driving force for automation for the firm’s Product Suite. The role will start by defining and implementing an automation framework which supports .NET development, Oracle and SQL databases, and integration with a mobile cloud solution. Over time the framework will need to support a transition to a web UI and a web services middle tier. This role is perfect for someone looking to be the driver behind a successful automation strategy, who has a vision for flexible test automation, and is willing to work in a dynamic environment to implement this vision.

 

Client needs someone able to really drive the automation effort and who has been there, done that before. For example, someone who knows how to create an automation framework that will work in the client’s complex environment and can think beyond whatever their favorite tool happens to be. SQL skills are critical, but they certainly don’t need to be a deep expert. Having development experience in a .Net environment is good because you will know how to construct code. Person should be someone who thinks of themselves as an automation expert, rather than a QA expert with automation skills.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

·         Primary resource for automating UI, Functionality, Performance test scenarios for the product suite

·         Create, execute and maintain automated test scripts to verify application UI, Functionality and Performance

·         Work with business stakeholders, product management, project manager and engineering team to determine test planning and requirements.

·         Design and build out an automated test suite for existing and new business logic which can be run across multiple product lines

·         Coordinate directly with engineers on functional and regression testing and bug fixes

·         Enable the testing of client/server and mobile applications using automated scripts.

·         Define and execute functional, usability, regression, automation, performance tests

·         Provide support for application QA team with automation testing, including analyzing requirements, developing and executing automation test cases, and reporting defects

·         Work in a fast-paced and dynamic Agile environment across multiple major project releases

Required Skills and Competencies:

·         5+ years QA experience

·         Test Automation Tools experience, Ranorex preferred (hands on scripting-not a record and playback resource)

·         Experience with defining and implementing an automation framework

·         Strong understanding of different automation frameworks-data driven or keyword driven approaches

·         Understanding of multiple types of testing such as: cross browser testing, client server, API, and data validation

·         Should be able to write and understand reusable automation test scripts

·         Experience with database schema and querying tools

·         Strong background in test planning and requirements

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills

·         Experience with regression, load, security, and functional testing
