[KITlist] Events Specialist - Part-time (Santa Clara, CA)

We are looking for an Events specialist for a fast growing networking start up. The Events specialist will be responsible for managing logistics and detailed execution for tradeshows and events. Responsibilities will include booth management, negotiating with vendors, and project management.


This is a 10 to 20 hours per week; 6 month role (extensions likely) in Santa Clara, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.

Responsibilities:

• Management of deliverables and logistics for tradeshows and events

• Drive cross functional team meetings; manage project plans

• Budget management; reporting analysis

• Provide on-site logistical and other event support

Requirements:

• 3+ years of corporate event and tradeshow management experience

• Experience with Enterprise Infrastructure solutions

• Collaborative, high energy, ability to learn, and extreme attention to detail; flawless execution

• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

• Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
