This fast growing international industry leader has an immediate 6-9 month contract opportunity in Addison, TX for a Senior .NET Developer with Angular.js experience. This Senior .NET Developer will be focused on designing, developing, and delivering Client’s internal software solutions. Will deliver software solutions using Agile methodology. The ideal candidate will be business-focused and possess a strong technical aptitude. Successful candidates have deep and broad technical skills in .NET and related MS technologies / products as well as solid SQL development skills. Will work as part of a self-organizing, cross functional team, requiring minimal supervision, and have a strong and consistent track record of delivering software.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing Solutions – MVC, C#, ASP.Net, REST Services, WCF Services, Web API.
- Building SQL Stored Procedures and Functions.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation – Design Specifications, Operation Manuals and Release Notes.
- Adhering to and supporting Agile/Scrum software delivery process – following procedures for proper work flow, collaborating with Product, Quality Assurance, and Implementation teams to deliver high quality results.
This position requires:
- 3+ years of hands-on .NET software development experience.
- Proficiency with within the Microsoft toolset, C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server – Stored Procedures and DB Design.
- Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology – self organizing, cross functional teams, consuming user stories.
- Experience with Microsoft WCF Services, REST Services, MVC Development Patterns.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Sitecore is a plus.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS or other newer JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with mobile optimization, responsive design, and responsive frameworks.
