Marketing Operations Specialist
Channel Impact is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support our client's Americas Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and demand generation, a data driven mindset, an orientation toward process, and strong execution skills. Our client delivers products that disrupt the Storage Industry, and their approach to marketing reflects that.
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:
working with Database Marketing to build and maintain our contact database
executing marketing campaigns in Marketo and supporting list uploads
managing data fields for hygiene and segmentation
Setting up invites and registration pages for Americas Marketing Programs
Providing reporting on programs and campaigns
You will also have a strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo) best practices and how to interface with regional teams, as well as how to share information and best practices with your international counterparts.
Skill Sets:
You are a process driven thinker and comfortable with analysis and metrics
You take ownership of the result, and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it
You can make recommendations and take actions in the face of incomplete information and uncertainty
You are fun to work with, and assume the best intentions with your colleagues and partners.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
1+ years experience with Database Marketing and/or Marketing Ops;Ability to formulate analyses independently – to transform data into actionable information;
Strong knowledge of Marketo (workspaces, partitions), Salesforce, Database Augmentation/Hygiene, Lead Scoring;
Undergraduate BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
Experience in storage (hardware, software, networking, cloud);
Experience with A/B testing;
Experience with International Marketing Ops;
Experience with AEM
Solid skills in Excel.
Reporting and budget management experience
Experience with documentation and training
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
