Inside Sales Associate Opportunity
Digital Mountain is a growing, fast-paced company focused on electronic discovery, computer forensics and cyber security. We are seeking a talented, entrepreneurial Inside Sales Associate to add value to our collaborative and energetic team. Our impeccable reputation and cloud-based data discovery solution puts us ahead of the competition. Beyond our technology, we differentiate ourselves through our unique and complementary technical skills from the "Big 4", litigation services, law enforcement, security, software, and enterprise storage industries.
Digital Mountain is privately held with customers amongst the largest law firms and corporations in the United States. If you are looking to join other talented individuals at an expanding company, look no further. A candidate based in the Silicon Valley is preferred.
Minimum Position Requirements/Experience
• Cold calling potential clients to set up meetings for outside sales representatives
• Responsible for making 60-80+ outbound calls per day with the goal of setting up 2-3 appointments per day on dedicated call days
• Qualified candidates must be able to ask questions, overcome objections and use a consultative approach to set up appointments
• May assist in proposal or engagement agreement responses
• May field inbound sales calls
• Salesforce.com experience for tracking is a plus
• May assist in other ad-hoc administrative tasks and wear other "hats"
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing communications or equivalent experience
• May be full-time or part-time depending on candidate, but Monday and Tuesday are required days

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and be entrepreneurial
• Must be able to think on their feet to respond to all situations
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent telephone "personality"
• Fun and optimistic person to work with and team-oriented
Compensation is commensurate with the experience.
