Position – Summary

My client is looking for a talented “full-stack” Java, Senior Software Engineer, who enjoys the challenge of integrating product solutions into large-scale customer facing web infrastructures. You will be required to analyze, design, develop technical requirements, and to deliver quality solutions that drive value within agreed timelines. Will be working on the “Core Engine Product” and building an IDE/SDK like Front End for the product.

Person needs to be able to mentor other engineers in key technologies below.

Person will likely have experience out of a software or product firm.

Reports to the Chief Software Engineer

Required Skills and Competencies - (These are all Mandatory):

· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related area.

· 5+ Years Enterprise Software Development Experience and expert level skills in Java/J2EE technologies, including strong expertise working with “Full Stack Java”, AngularJS, CSS, & Bootstrap.

· Some knowledge of Database/JDBC/SQL – (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred)

· Strong experience with all types of UNIX variants is preferred.

· Ability to mentor/transfer technical knowledge to other engineers.

· Analytical & Detail oriented with strong communication skills.

· Strong customer-facing skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.

· Passionate, self-sufficient, technology driven & delivery oriented.

· Occasional Travel.
