We are looking for a Program Manager to execute a new channel pricing program and system for a global high tech company. The program manager will coordinate a variety of activities including the program requirements gathering, project timeline development and management, coordination across functional teams and establishing and documenting new business processes, as well as training of channel partners.
This is a 40 hour per week role onsite in Santa Cruz, CA (there is flexibility to work remotely 1 day/week), for 12 months. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities
• Gather and document new partner program requirements and framework
• Develop detail project plan and timelines based on requirements and project objectives
• Lead and manage coordination work between different functional teams (IT, web, legal, marketing etc)
• Creation of launch collateral, training and other items necessary for rollout
• Creating program documentation and ongoing communication methods
• Work with legal to put in place program rules or other items needed to enroll partners
• Collaborate with regional teams on launch of the program in their territory
• Recruitment and setup of initial partners participating in program
• Set up initial reporting requirements. Track and report progress over time.
Requirements
• 4+ years of program management experience with complex, global partner programs
• Experience working with global or cross regional, cross cultural environment a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; documentation and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• BA/BS in Communications, Business or Marketing-related field.
